HOW WE WORK WITH OUR CLIENTS
Once we receive your enquiry, either by phone or email, Holley, our Studio Manager will be in touch to make first contact. During that initial conversation, Holley will ask a few questions to gain an understanding of the scope of work required, as well as location, type of property and an idea of your wishes.
We will then arrange for a phone call to take place between you and Bess, who will be able to provide more information around how we can help. It also gives Bess the chance to understand more about the scale and the scope of the planned work and to answer any questions you may have.
After a site visit by Bess you will receive a quote for your project, based on an agreed scope. Following agreement to work together, you will be presented with a proposal tailored to you and your property. We take a staged approach, clearly defining the scope of work for each phase of your project.
We believe in transparent pricing so that our clients are always clear on what they will be charged for each phase of their project. We charge professional fees for design time, which are agreed upfront according to the amount of design time required. When sourcing items we pass on our trade discounts and apply a set sourcing fee. This means that we don’t choose your room scheme based on the mark-up we can make – we take time to find what’s perfect for you.
